I saw a Facebook post from one of my friends that reminded me “Don’t be quick to judge”. Here are the pictures that they posted:
When someone saw a car that angered them because they thought that it was improperly parked in a handicapped parking spot, they left this note on their car:
It’s true that the car did not have a handicapped parking sticker or placard. But, it did have a license plate that served as permission to park there. It’s what Texas provides for disabled veterans:
Too quick to judge! It’s a reminder of the old saying, “Don’t judge a person until you have walked a mile in their shoes”. I always smile at the follow-up to that reminder, “Don’t judge a person until you have walked a mile in their shoes. You’re a mile away… and you have their shoes”. Just sayin’.
And just a quick mention/shameless plug. We just sent our October newsletter out. If you did not receive it or you want to subscribe to our monthly edition, go right here.
And for our pic o’ day, it’s good to have good communication…
