I’ve always thought that political pundit, Alex Jones, is a combination of pro wrestling and politics. If you don’t know who he is, it’s worthwhile entertainment to type his name into YouTube.com for some morning viewing. His YouTube channel has more than 2 million subscribers with more than 1.2 billion views. And, I regularly see his rantings posted as news on some of the pages of my Facebook friends.
Now we know that he looks at himself as an “a character” and “a performance artist”. (Mystatesman.com) All that came from his lawyer in a current custody battle between Jones and his ex-wife. She is portraying Jones as unstable, while his attorney is claiming that he is basically just acting.
Jones, on the other hand, is still saying that “110 percent believe what I stand for”. In the meantime, this custody battle has his ex-wife claiming that he should not have custody and only limited visitation with their children. ( 14-year-old son and 9- and 12-year-old daughters) She continues to maintain that his conduct and his programs show that he is unstable because, “He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin’s neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped.”
This makes for good TV. The attorneys for Kelly Jones want to show the jury specific clips of the rantings of Alex Jones. Meanwhile, the judge will need to determine whether those clips are real evidence. A great show for Court TV except that Court TV no longer exists. I guess we will have to wait for the clips from Entertainment Tonight.
And, for pic o’ day…not good.
